About Amelia

My name is Amelia and I am 18 years old, I just graduated this past school year, and I plan on going to college for early education and child development. I've always had a passion for taking care of kids and have done babysitting a few times over the past couple of years. I've taken care of my newborn brother and I've had the privilege of caring for children aged 2 through middle school. I've had two jobs where I have worked with kids, one at the Boys and girls Club and at an internship with PLAY tutoring center in Brookings. I enjoy being creative, being active and outside, as well as having cozy days in and relaxing. I hold certifications in CPR Training and can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I like to prioritize open communication with parents and I am happy to follow your household rules, I hope to make a positive impact in your family, and I look forward to the possibility of becoming a trusted caregiver for your family.
