Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed K-12 Reading Specialist and Orton-Gillingham trained educator, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I hold a graduate degree and am a Certified teacher with expertise in IEP and 504 plans. I adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and collaborative discussions to suit your unique learning style. By celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement, I help students master challenging concepts in English. Clear communication with both students and parents is essential to my approach, as it fosters the trust necessary for academic growth.
