She communicates effectively with both children and parents, ensuring everyone feels informed and confident. She is attentive to the individual needs of each kid, including and especially any medical concerns. She follows all written/verbal plans and is a strong advocate to ensure kids can continue to engage in everyday activities safely and with confidence, despite medical concerns.
