Hi! I'm a senior caregiver with 6 years of experience helping older adults live comfortably and safely at home. I provide support with bathing, dressing, meal prep, cleaning, errands, transportation, and medication management. I also have hands-on experience with dementia care and respite care, and I'm someone families can count on when they need reliable, respectful help. I earned my graduate degree from Louisiana State University in Kinesiology, but I've always had a heart for caregiving.
