About Amber

My name is Amber, I just graduated from UC Davis with a degree in both Psychology and Chicano Studies. I've spent the last three years working in an after-school program, which has truly inspired me to pursue a career working with children. Seeing the positive impact I've had on my students has been incredibly rewarding. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at once and always respect and uphold the household rules set by parents. At my current job, I regularly create and lead weekly educational and enriching lesson plans, which I'd be happy to incorporate into your child's care. I have a background in Early Childhood Development coursework, CPR training, and I am fluent in Spanish. I always follow the family's preferred communication method and am happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
