Amber was very engaging and attentive to our children. Our favorite trait of hers was that she liked to stay active! Whether it was a walk or golf cart ride in the neighborhood, a visit to the playground, a trip to the park, the library, the children's museum, the rec center, the aquarium, or even the beach- Amber was always on the go and loved to be outside with the kids. Having three littles at the same time is not easy by any stretch but Amber made it look that way. I did not have to prompt or encourage her to keep them busy outside or with new crafts or projects. She preferred to be active and kept them engaged. She was patient with them and stern when she needed to be. She would down to their level to correct them and never lost her temper or raised her voice. The kids love their "Ber Ber" and she loves them. She has become a member of our family over the last 5+ years. South Carolina’s loss is Washington’s gain!
