About Amber

Hello! My name is Amber, and I have a true passion for childcare. While I currently work as a legal assistant, I have spent many years caring for children in a variety of roles. My experience began in high school, when I worked as a nanny for an elementary-aged boy. In college, I provided weekly babysitting for a child from infancy through toddlerhood, while also working as a teaching assistant at a public school in Harlem. Most recently, I spent the summer of 2022 in Spain as an au pair for a 3-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy. I would love the opportunity to bring the skills, patience, and joy I've developed over the years to your family! I'd describe myself as reliable, compassionate, and patient. I work in the music industry, so I love going to concerts and finding new artists. Beyond that, I also enjoy going to museums and exploring everything else that New York has to offer.
