Amber has been working with my mother with cognitive decline for several months now and has been a huge help to us both. She is very consistent with her punctuality and communication. She helps keep my mom's house clean and organized. She is willing to take on other tasks we ask of her, such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and would take my mom to an appointment if needed. Although my mom tends to be stubborn, she encourages her and focuses on what she can help with that day. Since I do not live close by, it has been extremely helpful to receive consistent communication and updates from Amber about my mom that day. I would highly recommend Amber to another family in need of some help!
