Hi friends, my name is Amber (Nikki) and I am a full time pet sitter in Gaston County and some surrounding areas. I have 2 fur children of my own, I was a volunteer for a local Charlotte rescue where I have been a puppy foster and an area team leader over all the SC fosters. I also worked part-time at a Veterinary Hospital, so basically my life revolves around animals and I wouldn't have it any other way. First and foremost, Amber is fantastic with dogs. And, on top of that, she is patient with wacky dog mamas like me. She is all about “”safety” first, which is top priority. And she is fantastic with this helicopter mom checking to make sure my “glass doll” (yes, my 70 lb. pittie big boy) is doing well. She is incredibly organized, communicative, reliable, and timely. And most importantly, my dog *loves* her. I mean like “trade-in- his-mama” loves her. I completely trust her with his care and in my home. I will not look for anyone else unless my dog actually *does* leave me for her. 🤣 Highly recommend. You cannot go wrong with Nikki. 

Amber is the best! She is so great with our dogs and cats and they love her. She is very dependable and has always gone above and beyond on her overnight stays and her daily visits.

Amber gave me pace of mind during my travel times. She stayed in touch and send to me pictures daily. My 17 year old cat Tigger was in good and loving hands!

Amber is very caring with all animals. My dog is a little difficult and she has a magic touch with him. I have witnessed her working with other dogs in my neighborhood and she is excellent.

Amber is fabulous! She has been doing walks and overnights for our dog Betty for several years. Betty loves her so much! It is nice to be able to go on vacation and not have any concerns back home. Amber is timely in responding to my texts and sends daily pictures and updates. We couldn't be happier! 

My family hired Nikki (Amber) to watch our elderly, finicky cat while we were on vacation. We went through a long process of interviewing potential pet sitters before ultimately deciding Nikki was the best fit. Nikki's experience, professionalism, punctuality, and ability to follow both basic and special care-related instructions (like administering medicine) were some of the many reasons we chose her over the other candidates. She also did a phenomenal job communicating while we were away; she kept us up-to-date on our little fur ball every day. She genuinely cares for animals and her demeanor and calm nature are ideal, especially for challenging pets like ours. If you need a pet sitter,  look no further - she is fantastic! I will not hesitate to hire Nikki again when we need another pet sitter.

Nikki (Amber) has been a life-saver for us! My husband and I moved to the area last year from out-of-state along with our 3 dogs. All 3 girls took to her instantly, which was a little surprising as we have some timid personalities. Nikki will come multiple times per day for backyard potty and play breaks while I'm at work and my husband is away on work travel. She is incredibly reliable and has never missed a single day! She sends me pictures of our girls daily, and also got to know them so well that she was able to pick up on early behavior changes that tipped us off to a critical illness. Nikki is an absolute gem and I am so thankful that we were able to connect with her! We don't trust many people with our girls, but Nikki is at the top of the list.

Nikki does a phenomenal job! She is top notch- you will not regret letting her care you you fur babies.

Amber is always on time and has great availability. Our dog is a 16 year old Akita who likes what she likes, and she loves Amber. We are very grateful for Amber. It's not easy taking our dog on trips at her age so being able to leave her in her comfort zone at home with someone who takes such good care of our pup has been a God Send.

Amber has been a wonderful pet sitter for my cat!!! She is extremely dependable I feel more comfortable taking vacation knowing she will spend time with him and give him needed attention while I am gone! When she sends me pictures of him it always makes me smile!!

Amber has been helping me by walking my old dog for me on weekdays for several months now. Doggo is 12 years old and thanks to Amber gets a break halfway through the workday to potty. Amber is great with my dog and took the time to do an initial visit to meet both of us and pick up the keys. 

Amber is flexible and lets me reschedule or cancel as needed, given adequate notice. She is reliable, consistent, and respectful of the property when she visits.

Amber 'Nikki'  has taken care of our cat, Lucy on many occasions.  I let Nikki know that Lucy may not come out of hiding but don't worry she just gets scared. Well from the very first visit Lucy comes out and we get the cutest pictures of them playing.  One recent visit Lucy did not come out and Nikki went searching only to find Lucy had gotten stuck inside our dresser.  We were so grateful that she took the time to make sure Lucy was okay.  I would strongly recommend Nikki to care for your pets. She is truly an animal lover and the animals are very comfortable with her.

She takes excellent care of my pups! I never have to worry about them when I am away!

Amber has been taking care of my two aging kitties for a few years now. She's flexible, always on time / schedule, and is excellent with communication to keep me updated on how they're doing. Amber helps with pet medication without issue as well - no easy task with certain pets! Highly recommend for your pet care!
