Amber has been our nanny/babysitter for almost 3 years now and we are so fortunate to have found her on care.com! She has been wonderful with our two boys (4 and 1.5 but she has cared for the younger one since he was born) juggling whatever needs and hours come her way. She is always diligent to show up on time and goes above and beyond to help clean up and food prep. She also will drive the boys to the museum or a park and is very self sufficient. On top of that she has a very sweet and calm demeanor which makes the kids feel really comfortable with her, but she is also strict when need be and sets the rules. I could not recommend Amber more, any child under her care is well taken care of.
