Hello! I'm Amber, an experienced nanny and developmental support caregiver who enjoys creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment for children. My approach is relationship-based and child-led, with an emphasis on building trust, encouraging independence, supporting emotional regulation, and helping children feel understood and secure. I have experience working with children with a wide range of personalities, learning styles, developmental needs, and support levels, including autism and ADHD. I'm comfortable supporting routines, transitions, play, communication, homework, sensory needs, and everyday life skills. I try to look beyond behavior and understand what a child may be communicating or needing in the moment. My goal is to meet each child where they are while providing consistent, patient, and thoughtful care.
