About Amber

Hi there! I have a BA in Communication with a minor in Linguistics from UCSB, and I work at AWS, designing learning programs. I have a strong background in writing and verbal reasoning, and I love working with students of all ages. I'm especially good with kids, and I focus on making learning feel encouraging rather than stressful. I can help with essay writing, reading comprehension, math through Algebra 1, test prep, study skills, and communication coaching. I also have mentorship experience through UCSB, where I help students prep for interviews and discover their strengths and career fit. I'm a great fit for older students working on college apps, internship interviews, or job interview prep.
