I have been working with children for the past 10 years, whether it be nannying, babysitting or working with various children's musical groups. I love spending time out doors, art, music and doing "hands on things". I have a very creative personality, being that I grew up with a theater/musical back ground. I am very flexible and an awesome multitasker. I drive a very reliable car and don't mind running errands, picking up/dropping off the kiddos or helping out around the house. I think its very important to play games and find other forms of entertainment besides electronics. I also think its important to find fun ways to teach lessons/show kiddos how to do things. I have experience with children of all ages ranging from infants to teenagers. I have 3 dogs--so i'm very comfortable around pets!

Amber is AMAZING!!! She was my 4-year-old daughter's full-time nanny for the summer months (June-September) while my daughter's school was on summer break. Amber is incredible and was such an asset in all our lives- she is highly responsible, hard-working, active, and fun! My daughter absolutely adores her and always looks forward to their time together playing, doing crafts, dress up, park time, etc. Amber is super thoughtful and proactive about meeting my daughter's needs (i.e. meal/snack prep, planning activities, managing transitions, etc.) and helping our lives as a busy family run smoothly (i.e. managing dishes, laundry, straightening up, helping pack/unpack from trips, etc.) Amber drove our daughter to activities when needed and she is very safety conscious and communicative, putting me (a worried mama) at ease. Amber comes highly recommended and we will keep in touch and continue to reach out to her for future needs.
