I have 10 yrs of childcare experience, including some experience with nieces and nephews! Along with being an attentive & patient caregiver, I am up for a variety of household tasks, especially during downtime throughout the day. I value professionalism & good communication & aim to make transitions as seamless as possible when starting a new role. Experience - Most recently, I worked full time with a family in Upstate NY. I cared for their newborn & shared some of the sweetest moments with the family. Prior to this, I was lucky to spend 4 years with a family just outside of Ithaca NY. Initially, I was the nanny to 1, but after ~year, came the 2nd. I loved being involved in their care. I truly felt part of the family. I assisted with the after school program & summer program at Montessori in Upstate NY, as well. This experience helped me in several ways but especially to develop a deeper understanding in promoting independence in children through supportive environments.
