As a trained CNA, it's truly a privilege to support adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles, along with raising my three children and now caring for my parents, have solidified my passion for caregiving. With three years of experience and some college education, I bring patience, compassion, and a friendly approach to my work. As a medical assistant, I learned the importance of listening to a patient's needs and creating a safe, comfortable environment to foster trust and open communication. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I'm also certified in CPR and First Aid. I can assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I always follow the family's preferred method of communication to keep them informed. I speak both Chinese and English.
