About Amber

Hi, my name is Amber! I hold a Master in Climate Science and Policy from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UC San Diego and a B. A. in Environmental Studies with minors in Professional Writing and French Language & Literature from UC Santa Barbara. Working with children has always been something I genuinely enjoy. My experience includes babysitting, working at the UCSB Children's Center, tutoring students, and serving as an au pair in Paris, where I cared for children while helping them learn and grow in a supportive environment. I love creating engaging, hands-on activities for kids, whether that's arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, trips to the park, reading, or helping with homework and learning activities. I am patient, dependable, and enjoy building positive relationships with both children and parents. I have reliable transportation, am comfortable helping with meal preparation, light household tasks, pet care, and school pickups or drop-offs when needed.
