About Amber

Hello! My name is Amber. I'm a dedicated childcare provider with 5 years of experience, deeply passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. I have experience as both a preschool teacher and a professional nanny as well as a bachelors in Early Childhood Studies. I am currently going back to school to complete my masters and am looking for a part time position to support a family. I've worked with children from the newborn stage to age 6. I describe myself as patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their child's day via their preferred method. I love spending time outdoors and supporting children's growth through play and child-led exploration. In addition to childcare, I can assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I have my own transportation as well.
