As your nanny I show up for your family as a dependable, encouraging, loving, resolute, fun & highly practical support. I am seeking a family where we really click, where there is communication throughout the nannying & parenting dynamic. We talk about how you want me to handle the challenges when they come up, so I can reinforce your parenting decisions. We discuss what strengths & interests vou would love me to help nurture with your kid(s). I'm here to be a positive influence, in your child's big, little world. I want them to look back on their time with me, feeling like "without Amber in my life I never would have learned this, or taken action in developing this huge interest of mine, leading me to this career, relationship etc...". In regard to my background I have spent the majority of my career as a social worker in BRS for the WA foster care system. Since age 13 I have been watching after kids. I took on countless as needed babysitting jobs.
