Being a good caregiver to me is being there for your patient and their family. Providing top notch care and having excellent traditional bed side manner at all times. Listening and knowing the person you care for. Being consistent and reliable. I dress conservatively and professionally. I am professionally trained to do transportation to surgeries, doctor appointment, activities, and errands. I'm trained in many medical devices. I can provide companionship level care up to very skilled care. Trained to work with individuals with mobility, cognitive, physical and psychological limitations to name a few areas of care. I enjoy a variety of patients and tasks. I'm very self motivated, task orientated, I do well with time management. When I see something that needs to be done, I can just self start and do required items. I try very hard to help make the families and my clients life so much easier and enjoyable. I absolutely love being a caregiver.
