About Amber

I'm currently a student at Michigan State University, majoring in Economics and International Relations with a minor in Chinese. While I plan to pursue a career in finance, I have a true passion for working with children, and I'm excited to dedicate my free time during undergrad to childcare! Growing up, I spent much of my time in afterschool programs and summer camps. Once I was old enough, I became a Counselor-in-Training and later a camp counselor, where I gained hands-on experience caring for groups of children ages 5-12. These experiences taught me responsibility, patience, and how to keep kids both safe and engaged. Though I don't have a great deal of experience with babies & toddlers, I am a quick study! I believe childhood should be filled with creativity and fun-away from screens whenever possible. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and playful environment where kids can truly enjoy themselves. I look forward to helping your children thrive!
