About Amaya

My babysitting experiences have brought me a desire to positively impact young lives. I have three years of experience caring for children aged 0-13, and have 5 younger siblings. I am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, educational games with children, and some fun activities out in public per parents request/approval. I am also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and anything else you would be looking for. I am skilled at swimming supervision with a background as a lifeguard. I am certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I always follow parents' preferred communication methods and am comfortable enforcing household rules. I have some college experience, specifically in Criminal Justice and Psychology, I am also a cheerleader and cheer coach! I am excited to partner with your family and provide the care you need.
