About Amaya

Hi! I'm Amaya, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who works with children in the school setting. I have extra availability this summer and would love to support families with dependable childcare while building lasting relationships beyond the summer. Caring for children is my passion! Along with my professional experience, I helped raise my two younger sisters and many younger cousins, and I gained additional hands-on experience working at my family daycare. I'm patient, reliable, and creative, and I enjoy keeping children engaged in a safe, nurturing environment. I'm happy to help with play, homework, meals, transportation, bedtime routines, and fun, enriching activities. My background in child development and communication allows me to support children of all abilities. I'd love the opportunity to work with your family!
