About Amaris

Hello, I'm Amaris! My passion for nurturing children's growth and development led me to childcare. I have five years of experience babysitting children from infancy to adolescence. Currently, I'm in my second year at Galen College of Nursing. My background includes cooking, cleaning, and tutoring. I'm also experienced working with children with autism as a behavioral technician. I'm patient, calm, creative, and imaginative. I follow the parents' lead on household rules and preferred communication methods. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children. I am also comfortable with pets. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and crafts.
