I reached out to Amariana about a week before we needed help with after-school transportation, I did a phone-interview with her and went over what we needed for our kiddos. She gladly accepted and I thought that was that. My fiance wanted her to meet our kiddos in person, so I set a time the following night for her to come over and meet our kids. I even double-checked earlier in the day that we were still on for the meeting. She said yes, 5pm comes along and she did not show, nor did she even message to let me know what was going on. Hours later she sent a message apologizing that she works overnights and so she couldn't make it, my kids needed to start being picked up the following day, so it threw everything into dissaray and caused us so much chaos having to now tell our employers that we did not in fact get someone hired and will be having to leave work. Unprofessional and upsetting.
