About Amara

Becoming a caregiver was a natural choice after growing up the oldest sister out of four. I truly enjoy making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families. I have two years of paid experience caring for children of all ages. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, physical games, educational games, and technology-based games with children. I am happy to help with light housekeeping. I have some college experience and am trained in First Aid and CPR. I am eager to hear from you and your family!
