I previously worked as a Teacher's Aide at Sierra Foothills Academy, where I supported students with moderate to severe disabilities. Through this experience, I gained extensive hands-on experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities, behavioral challenges, and individual needs. I am confident in my ability to manage various behaviors, adapt to different situations, and provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. My experience has strengthened my patience, communication, problem-solving, and ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
