About Amani

Hi! I'm Amani, recently moved back to Hoboken, NJ from Savannah, GA (my hometown). I've been working with children since 2020, starting as an infant co-teacher at the YMCA and later nannying for a family from the time their baby was just 3 weeks old (now 3 years old!). I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified and currently pursuing my associate degree in Early Childhood Education, with plans to continue on to a bachelor's in Organizational Leadership. I'm patient, kind, and truly passionate about childcare. I love building genuine bonds with kids and families, and I bring reliability, creativity, and a nurturing presence to everything I do. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, painting, yoga, and spending time with family-activities I often love to share with children in fun and age-appropriate ways. I'm excited to support a loving household while continuing to grow in the work I care deeply about. Families can count on me to be dependable, caring, and invested in their child's well-being.
