About Amanda

For eight years, I've found immense joy in nurturing children of all ages. My babysitting experiences solidified my desire to positively impact young lives, and I am passionate about supporting families by providing reliable care. My mom had an at home daycare, my entire life. I also participated in the preschool at our high school. I am patient, creative, and approachable, always ready to engage children in fun activities. From outdoor sports to board games, I adapt to their interests. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I communicate openly with parents, tailoring updates to their preferred method, be it a quick chat at pickup or regular texts. I hold current First Aid Training and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am comfortable caring for up to two children. Seeing children thrive brings me such happiness, and I hope to bring that joy to your family, too.
