Hello! I have been a PCA for over 10 years. I've been a licensed practical nurse for 2 years. I have experience with ages 7-102. Prior to being a nurse, I primarily cared for young adults with spinal injuries and older adults with dementia and cognitive impairment. I have experience with indwelling, Texas, and suprapubic catheters. I also have experience with NG, JG, G tubes, and colostomies. I've received thorough training in nursing skills while maintaining a 3. 8 GPA. I know the most important part about caring for people is to listen. I may have learned one way to perform a treatment but, I will always follow the patient's preference providing it is safe to do so. I'm currently a part time school nurse looking to fill in a couple hours.
