About Amanda

Growing up in an in-home daycare, I have always been surrounded by children of all ages and developmental needs. This experience has given me a genuine passion for working with children and supporting them as they learn, grow, and become their own unique individuals. One of my favorite parts of being a trusted adult in a child's life is watching their personality and confidence develop. I am extremely patient and understanding, and I believe in going with the flow while recognizing when structure, consistency, and boundaries are needed. I understand that the children I care for are not my own, and I deeply respect each family's parenting choices and expectations. My goal is to work alongside parents and guardians to provide the best support possible. I communicate openly and respectfully while honoring each family's decisions. I'm excited to help children feel supported, confident, and comfortable as they grow.
