I’ve known Amanda my whole life. She has done plenty of housekeeping for me over the years and has always made it a point to do things in the way you have requested, and then some. She was always so helpful to me when I’d fall behind or if I was unable to do it myself. After my Dad suffered a severe TBI and was unable to care for himself anymore, he was in various different medical facilities. A lot of them were unable to keep up with some one of his medical need, and I could always count on Amanda to come in and assist with anything I needed. If I was out of town, she is who I called to keep an eye on my Dad each day I was gone. She knew what was expected, took the time to communicate with him to figure out what he needed or wanted (he was non verbal), and she was not afraid to make sure the staff knew if there were any issues that needed addressed. I would highly recommend her to care for me, my children, or anyone I cared about that needed a dedicated person to care for them.
