About Amanda

Hi there! I am looking for a nanny job. While I only have one year of paid experience, I am the oldest of 8 siblings. The youngest is 6 years old now but I have cared for kids from newborn to 17 years old. I love kids and coming up with fun ideas and activities for them! I also was a daytime nanny during covid, helping kids aged 5-9 with zooms, homework, schoolwork, as well as planning activities for them and preparing lunch. I'd describe my personality as caring, motivated, and happy. I like working with kids because it brings so much joy. It's always a beautiful thing seeing kids learn and grow throughout life. I also find so much joy in getting kids outside and coming up with fun crafts/activities to keep them busy and entertained! In my spare time, I like to kayak, hike, draw, write poems, take road trips into the mountains and hangout with my friends.
