We hired Amanda when our daughter was 7 months old. She is still working with us but will be going to part time as our work schedules are changing in the spring. Our daughter lights up when Amanda comes over for the day and cries when it's time for Amanda to leave. I work from home and love hearing how much fun our daughter is having with her. She's also very good with our dog and has taken care of him when we go on trips as she's also an animal lover like us! We appreciate her communication with us daily and her flexibility to be available for date nights and weekends too! We are happy we can make part time work in the spring with her!
