Emma is kind, thoughtful, responsible and level headed. She cares deeply about making sure the children in her care are safe and happy. Emma has cared for my children while I have been at work and a few times when I have traveled. I have not worried about them while they have been with her and I have come home to happy smiling kids. Emma is also comfortable in chaos. I have three kids and they are close in age. She is able to attend to them and sort out arguments while finding lost shoes and make sure everyone gets to school on time. Emma is exactly right for any size family and children with any temperament.
