My approach is always friendly and approachable. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and de-escalate stressful situations. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I am also experienced with hospice services, errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia, and medical management. I communicate with families through daily reports, text, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I have completed some college and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
