Amanda interviewed at my home on May-2 and exhibited the energy I was looking for. On her 1st day of employment (May 13) her lack of communication caused me great inconvenience & concern. She was 39 minutes late, so I texted her, but no response. I texted her at 10:39, but still no response. (Hint...we both have iPhone 17 Pro models & a "Read" receipt was returned for both of my text messages). Since then, Amanda has made NO attempts to contact me to explain what happened on May 13. Communication and respect are very important tools in this work environment.
