I have a wide range of experience in child care. I have babysat for children who range from a few months to approximately 10 years old. I have also watched up to four children consistently as well. I am fun, caring and love to work with children. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher. In college I held multiple positions in organizations at my school, including being a part of student government and president of my sorority. I am interested in finding some part time babysitting or nannying and something more full time during the summer.

Amanda showed up early for her interview with a smile and a great can-do attitude! She was very polite and friendly. When she began to interact with my daughter (L., 9 months old) she immediately got down on the floor and wasn't afraid to get started! My daughter has been dealing with stranger anxiety and separation anxiety since the second the 9 month mark hit.. but with Amanda their connection was instant. Our first night out.. first babysitter experience.. were so weary of leaving her alone at night because that is when she is the most fussy. I received a text message from Amanda about an hour into their night telling me that she had shed not one tear! I cried tears of joy. She fed her played with her and put her to bed with ease. NOBODY has been able to successfully put my daughter to bed besides me. Amanda is truly our angel! I am so relieved that I can trust Amanda and count on her to do a great job. When we came home the house was clean and my daughter was well taken care of. We are already planning our next night out because we are so excited we found somebody so great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!
