Hi, I'm Amanda - a mom of three and certified Postpartum Doula in Pennsburg, PA. As a postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, personalized daytime and overnight support to help families feel confident, rested, and cared for as they navigate the transition into parenthood. Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival or you're already home with your little one and could use an extra set of caring hands, I'd love to connect and learn how I can help make this season a little easier. Some of the ways I support new parents include light household tasks such as laundry and tidying common living spaces, preparing nourishing meals, providing evidence-based education and guidance, newborn care and soothing techniques, infant feeding support, emotional encouragement, sibling support, and caring for your baby so you can rest, eat, shower, or simply take a moment to recharge.
