Amanda is an excellent caregiver and does a wonderful job with babies to older children. She does well working with a team of caregivers as well as a personal caregiver. She is dependable, resourceful, and creative. I’ve seen her work with groups of children and with a child one - on - one, and she is exceptional in both dynamics. She also knows when a situation calls for structure or flexibility. She has cared for my 7 year old on numerous occasions and she’s always done a wonderful job. Amanda is responsible and a good mix of fun and structure, and I highly recommend her as your next care giver.
