14 years as a professional nanny, household manager, personal assistant. Before I was a nanny I did childcare for a church, date nights and just helped families out when needed. I also worked with special needs for several years. As a full time nanny/ household manager, I performed daily chores around the house, stayed overnight, traveled with the family, picked up the kids from school, made sure all appointments were taken care of, household errands, and make sure we stayed on schedule. Amanda is warm, fun and extremely competent. It's clear she has great experience and knows what she is doing. On our initial meet and greet, she answered all of our questions, and asked some good ones of her own.
