About Amanda

I've had experience as a paraprofessional, part-time after school interventionists, and substitute. My experience as an afterschool interventionist involved tutoring six grade students in literacy and math skills. My most recent role was as a long-term substitute for kindergarten. With this grade level there is a great focus on building foundational skills for reading. Thus, as a tutor, my specialty is early literacy reading. I currently work as a building substitute and paraprofessional for a local private school in Branford, CT!
