I recently hired this applicant. She quit with NO NOTICE after a few months due to her children's after school activities. She sent me a text saying she quit, giving me no time to find a replacement for her. As a working mother, I am unable to bring my special needs child to the practice with me. When I called her, she wouldn't pick up the phone. When I texted her back, she never responded back. She "ghosted" me. Very unprofessional and unreliable caregiver.
