About Amanda

Hello! I'm Amanda, a certified Special Education teacher in Summerville, SC with 8 years of experience working with students with autism and intellectual disabilities. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Special Education (K-12) with a minor in Psychology. I spent five years teaching middle school students on the autism spectrum and currently teach a self-contained high school classroom for students with autism. Whether your child needs academic support, structured activities, or a caring and dependable sitter for a date night, I bring professional experience, patience, and a strong understanding of individual needs and learning styles.
