I have been interested in childcare since I was a child. I used to go to my neighbor's house to play with their 2-year-old when I was 11. I always enjoyed going over there and playing with them. As a teenager, I babysat like most other teenage girls. However, when I was 17, I got a part time job as a daycare assistant. Since then, I have worked in two other day cares and have been a nanny for 4 families. I have taken classes in Child Development and I am planning on getting a teaching credential and an ECE Certificate. I am also very close to getting an AA in both Child Development and Humanities.

Amanda is a wonderful babysitter! Always in a great mood and incredibly creative. Our daughter always looks forward to her time with Amanda. We have previously recommended her to neighbors and they are very happy with her as well. Highly recommended!
