I have been interested in childcare since I was a child. I used to go to my neighbor's house to play with their 2-year-old when I was 11. I always enjoyed going over there and playing with them. As a teenager, I babysat like most other teenage girls. However, when I was 17, I got a part time job as a daycare assistant. Since then, I have worked in two other day cares and have been a nanny for 4 families. I have taken classes in Child Development and I am planning on getting a teaching credential and an ECE Certificate. I am also very close to getting an AA in both Child Development and Humanities.
