About Amanda

My name is Amanda, I will be relocating to North Charleston in late July-August. I am currently working as an RN at a family practice clinic, with previous RN experience in intermediate care. My son is 16-months old and will accompany me in my next position. He is truly a joy, and loves to play with people of all ages. I am a believer in the importance of inter-generational socialization, for the benefit of seniors as well as myself and my son. I can help manage medications and assist with bathing and dressing, as well as meal prep and light house work like dishes, laundry and tidying. I have reliable transportation and can accompany to appointments and help with errands as needed. I enjoy adventures and being outdoors, and would like to offer frequent trips to local parks and walking trails, encouraging physical activity and being in nature. Caring for seniors usually meets them at a vulnerable state, but I am dedicated to providing dignity and the best care possible.
