About Amanda

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, nurturing, helpful. I like working with kids because I love to make them happy and feel safe. I like helping with homework and watching their eyes light up when then finally understand a concept/lesson. I started working with kids at a young age being the family and neighborhood babysitter, but I branched out to working in pediatric offices, and then eventually in a daycare/before and aftercare center. I currently work part-time at Walt Disney World and being able to make kids smile every day is a highlight of my job. In my spare time, I like to be creative and do fun diy projects. I like to go for walks and just sit outside and get fresh air. On rainy days I like to dress warm inside and make popcorn and watch movie marathons. One thing you should know about me is I'm a fun and energetic person. I respect rules and boundaries and I like to have fun in a safe and responsible way and really make the most out of my time spent with families.
