I do not have professional cleaning experience but pride myself in having a clean home. I am a detail oriented person in general. For the first 4 sessions, I require feedback/input within 24 hours for feedback to make sure you are satisfied with my work. After that, of course I'm willing to receive feedback, but I won't require it. I do not have my own cleaning supplies or equipment (e. g. vacuum, buckets) so that would need to be provided. I also require someone age 18 or older to be home when I clean, unless it's a dual babysitting and cleaning job.
