About Amanda

For two decades, I've embraced my passion for nurturing children's growth and providing families with dependable care. My previous teaching and childcare experiences solidified my desire to support families. I am patient, caring, adaptable and kind. As a mother of five, and former teacher, I am comfortable caring for multiple children and all ages. I communicate through written daily reports, always following your preferred method. I will follow your lead in enforcing household rules. I enjoy educational games, art, cooking, and outdoor activities. I can assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, errands . I have First Aid and CPR Training. My coursework includes Early Child Development including 12 ECE units. As a mother of a grown daughter with Down syndrome, I also have experience with kiddos with special needs and take great joy in working with them and their families. I look forward to bringing my experience and love for children into your home.
