About Amanda

I love stepping into the shoes of the kids I'm with and playing along with their imaginations and creativity! I'm a creative and playful teacher and my personality lends itself well to being a caretaker :) I've had the joy of watching the same couple of kids the last three years and it's been such an honor. I like working with kids because not only do I get to teach them, but I get to learn from them. So much can be gained through the eyes of a child! I'm looking for a job that is a safe and fun loving environment. I love to be adventurous with the families I care for and broaden horizons. I started working with kids when I was about 10 years old' In my spare time, I like to go on walks, read my Bible and talk about Jesus with friends, meet new people, and explore! One thing you should know about me is I'm a commuted, passionate individual! My skills include creative and positive problem solving abilities, resourcefulness, and a heart of compassion.
