About Amanda

Hi, my name is Amanda! I'm an animal lover working as a nanny with a background in education. I grew up with German Shepherds and cats, so I have a variety of personal experience with bathing, walking, and playing with pets. I am currently a proud ferret mama of 3: having 4 ferrets under my care in the last 6 years. With ferrets, I have experience playing, bathing, ferret-proofing, litter box/bite training, and administering oral medications. I have experience caring for ferrets with adrenal's, insulinoma, and lymphoma with the ability to act under pressure. Given my exotic background, I understand how difficult it is to find the right care that suits your family's needs. I understand that pets are more than your companions: they are members of your family.
